Fudge is probably your thing if you like sweets. For good reason, dessert aficionados appreciate the delicious melt-in-your-mouth treat. Fudge is easy to serve and customizable to your liking.
-1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk-2 (4.51-ounce) packages soft caramels-3 cups white chocolate chips-2 teaspoons flaky sea salt, plus more for topping
Cover a baking pan measuring 8 inches by 8 inches with aluminum foil and coat it with nonstick cooking spray. To a pot of medium size, add the caramels and the sweetened condensed milk.
The caramels should be melted and the mixture should be smooth before heating on medium-low heat with frequent stirring. Put the white chocolate chips into the pot after you have turned off the heat.
When the chocolate has entirely melted, stir it further. The flaky sea salt should be stirred in until it is completely incorporated. Once the pan has been prepped, spread the fudge mixture out evenly.
On top, if desired, sprinkle some additional flaky sea salt. To completely set, chill in the refrigerator for two to three hours. Take the fudge out of the pan, cut it into squares, and eat it straight away.
The white chocolate chips should be added to the saucepan after the heat has been turned off. The chocolate should be stirred until it is completely melted.
