Dan Campbell asks about Lions' rising ticket prices: Don't put me there.

Season ticket renewals for the 2024 season for the Detroit Lions are asking for an average price increase of 36%.

Dan Campbell, head coach of the Detroit Lions, would rather not discuss it.

Campbell denied any involvement when reporters today queried him about the soaring cost of Lions tickets.

Please, spare me that situation. Neither marketing nor dealing with ticket prices are my areas of expertise. Getting the win is all that matters to me," Campbell stated

"It is what it is and I hate to say that, but there's nothing I can do about anything other than just try to coach and give us a winner."

Despite the fact that Campbell has no control over the Lions' ticket prices, he is the main reason the team can charge such high prices:

under his leadership, the team has recovered from years of futility and is now within striking distance of winning their division for the first time in 30 years.

Because of this, die-hard Detroit supporters are ready to shell out exorbitant sums for tickets. During contract negotiations with the Lions, Campbell's agent will undoubtedly bring that up with the ownership.
