HAYSTACK COOKIES

Haystack cookies are a simple treat that doesn't need to be baked and only needs three things. You can use any colour sprinkles you want to make them fit any season or holiday.

– 1 (12-ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips (340 grams) – 1 (10-ounce) package peanut butter chips (285 grams) – 5 cups chow mein noodles (270 grams)

Prepare the baking sheets: Line two with parchment paper. Avoid skipping this step or the cookie mixture will stick to the baking sheets.

Stir chocolate and peanut butter baking chips in a microwave-safe bowl to melt. Stir after each 30-second microwave interval until melted.

Add chow mein noodles to the same bowl you melted the baking chips in if large enough. Stir noodles to fully coat in melted peanut butter and chocolate.

Scoop the cookies into 2-tablespoon balls. No need to squish the mixture to make it uniform. No chow mein noodles should be crushed! You can also sprinkle the cookies now.
