How To Make Chocolate Ganache
This simple guide will show you how to make chocolate ganache. For this easy ganache recipe, all you need is heavy whipping cream, chocolate, and 5 minutes.
– 4 ounces (113 grams) semi-sweet chocolate
– 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy whipping cream
Add the chocolate that has been chopped to a large bowl that can withstand heat. Put aside for later.
Heat heavy whipping cream in a microwave-safe bowl or glass measuring cup for 45 seconds to 1 minute. Watch it so it doesn't bubble in the microwave.
Wait 2–3 minutes after pouring warm heavy whipping cream over chocolate. Slowly whisk in one direction in the middle of the bowl until smooth and combined. Cool completely before using on desserts.
