LeBron James in Chicago on special Bulls-related anniversary

With a stroke of NBA serendipity, LeBron James finds himself in Chicago on the eve of a momentous milestone.

On Wednesday night, the Los Angeles Lakers will face off against the Chicago Bulls at the United Center.

Despite James's doubtful status for the game, it's nonetheless intriguing that he's in town.

On Wednesday, we will commemorate the 20th anniversary of James' first game ever, which he played in a matchup with the Bulls on December 20, 2023.

In case anyone was wondering, the final score was 95–87 for the Cleveland Cavaliers.

James pushed Cleveland's record to 8-19 with 32 points, 10 assists, 6 rebounds, and 2 steals in the game

There have been 62 meetings between the Bulls and James. In those games, James has averaged 28.3 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 6.5 assists.

He is second only to the Indiana Pacers in regular-season games played versus Chicago with 63 appearances, should he suit up for Wednesday's game.
