OREO FUDGE RECIPE

A no-bake dessert that is ideal for giving: Oreo fudge! You only need five simple ingredients and fifteen minutes of your time to get this recipe ready.  

– 3 cups white chocolate chips (570 grams) – 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk) – 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (30 grams) – ⅛ teaspoon salt – 12 Oreos roughly chopped (plus more for the top)

Ingredient

– ¼ teaspoon almond extract optional – 1 cup Danish Creamery European style unsalted butter softened (230 grams) – 1 ¾ cups granulated sugar (350 grams) – 5 large eggs separated and at room temperature – 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut (95 grams)

Direction

Paper/foil 8x9. Erase pan-fudge. Melt white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and salt in a large saucepan over medium heat to make fudge. Swirl white chocolate often.

Remove white chocolate from heat and add crushed Oreos. Cool to set. Crush Oreos and sprinkle them over the pan of fudge. Fudge firms up after 3 hours in the fridge.
