Tandoori-Style Chicken Lollipop Recipe

Chicken lollipops, made from drumsticks or wings, are Indo-Chinese and a famous fusion delicacy in India. 

Ingredient

– 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt – 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided – 3 cloves garlic, minced – ½ teaspoon minced fresh ginger – 1 tablespoon garam masala – 1 teaspoon sea salt – ½ teaspoon smoked paprika – ½ teaspoon turmeric – ¼ teaspoon cayenne – 1 ½ pounds chicken drumette

The oven should be preheated at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Put parchment paper on a sheet pan and set it aside.

To separate the flesh from the bone, take a drumstick and cut around the end of the bone. This will free the meat.

To make a lollipop, grip the bone and delicately scrape the flesh away from your hand with a knife. Repeat with all drumsticks.

Mix 1 tablespoon olive oil and everything ingredients except drumsticks in a medium bowl. Mix well.

Mix drumsticks in dish to coat wings.Arrange drumsticks in one layer. prepared sheet pan.

Use one tablespoon of olive oil to brush.Put a little foil over the bone to keep it from burning.
